How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, send an email request to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Please include your registered email address in the request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted.
• All health data and medical records will be removed from our servers.
• Your account will be deactivated immediately.
• You will no longer be able to access the Medtsy app with this account.
